Taylor Sims joined Cushman & Wakefield Commerce in 2015, as a director of multi-family investment sales, representing investors and land-owners in property acquisitions and dispositions, and other real estate objectives unique to their business investments. Taylor works exclusively in the multi-family market segment of the Las Vegas MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area).
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, Taylor was recrutied by Harvard and Stanford Universities to play collegiate basketball. worked three years as a multi-family investment sales agent with highly respected Berkadia Apartment Real Estate Advisors, and five years as a financial underwriting analyst and market researcher with Lincoln and Delaine.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, Taylor has developed the mutlifamily valuation software used by the local branch.

Ben Galles is an Associate Director with the Reno, Nevada Cushman & Wakefield Commerce office where he specializes in the sale of multifamily and investment properties.
Ben has been licensed since August 2001. Since that time, he has consistently brought market knowledge and experience in purchasing, leasing and sales, marketing and management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Ben was a Principal with Trinity Commercial. Ben has consistently been one of the top producing Multifamily/Investment Brokers in Northern Nevada for the past several years by creating strong relationships with the most active investors in the region. He has consistently closed on hundreds of units annually.
Ben earned a degree in accounting from the University of Nevada Reno and currently holds his EMS designation, which is an exchange marketing specialist. He is an active volunteer in the community and donates some of his free time coaching youth basketball.

Brandy Pappas serves as Senior Project Manager for the Sims’ Multi-family Investment Sales Team. She is responsible for the eye-catching marketing collateral and social media for the group. She also provides reporting and general administrative support.
Prior to joining the team, Brandy was the owner of BrandyRox Graphics and Design Studio operating in Las Vegas, Nevada and Honolulu, Hawaii. A former computer instructor and curriculum author, Brandy has far-reaching technical prowess and business marketing knowledge. Along with her creative abilities, she brings with her a SixSigma Green Belt distinction. She is also a Microsoft Office and Adobe CC expert.
